Agar qad kam reh jaye or is mein izafa maqsood ho to darj bala Ayaat zarda k rang or arq e gulab se 3 plates par likh kar 1 plate subah nihar moo, 1 asar k baad or 1 raat ko sotay waqt pani se dho kar 6 months tak continue piyen.
